Flare for Life Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Flare Accounting Solutions’ Flare for Life Subscription.

By providing the required information, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Flare Accounting Solutions’ Flare for Life Subscription if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person using the Flare for Life Subscription and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and Ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to the prevailing laws of Ireland. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

License

Unless otherwise stated, Flare Accounting Solutions and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material used by Flare Accounting Solutions. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may be provided this intellectual property from Flare Accounting Solutions for your own personal use subject to restrictions set out in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

  • Republish material from Flare Accounting Solutions
  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from Flare Accounting Solutions
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Flare Accounting Solutions
  • Redistribute content from Flare Accounting Solutions

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to remove and or cancel our Flare for Life Subscription at our discretion any purchases made before the date of removal in relation to our Flare for Life Subscription will be honoured.

We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. By making a new purchase, you agree to be bound to and follow the terms and conditions in place at the time and date of your purchase.

Our Service

We provide you with access to the following services in line with their respective terms and conditions, links to which can be found by clicking the individual services listed below;

We have a list of professional contacts who specialise in specific aspects of personal finances and solutions. If we feel that you may benefit from their services, we may pass on your contact information so that they may contact you with ways to reduce your costs and save you money.

If you do not wish to avail of this particular service you may always opt out by contacting us at; support@flareaccountingsolutions.com.

Flare Accounting Solutions are always looking to improve our service and offer more services to their subscribers, as such we reserve the right to add new services to our list. Those subscribers who have paid up to date before the new service has been introduced will be able to avail to these services at no extra charge.

Our Fees

We charge €50.00 plus VAT for an annual subscription to Flare for Life.

Within the cost of this subscription you are entitled to the following;

  • One annual budget with an update at any time during the next 365 days
  • One Premium Curriculum Vitae with an update at any time during the next 365 days
  • Yearly Reclaim of Tax and Expenses Service

A minimal administrative charge of €10.00 plus VAT will be expected to cover our overheads for each request beyond the allowance provided above for the Flare for Life Service in relation to your Budgeting Service or an update to your Premium Curriculum Vitae.

We will waive this administrative fee if an adjustment is required as a result of an error, we made from the information you provided either in response to our emails or on our data capture forms.

Payment Terms

Please note we require payment in full before we commence your Flare for Life Subscription.

If you request a change to any of our services over the allowance allowed to members of our Flare for Life Subscription our administrative charge will be charged. This must be paid ahead of any adjustments being made.

We do not accept cheques at this time.

Providing Flare Accounting Solutions with your information either in response to our emails or on our data capture forms does not automatically create a legal obligation to make payment. However, it does mean you have agreed to our terms and conditions and to our privacy policy.

Money Back Guarantee

If you fail to see reductions in your spending or compensation paid back to you or tax refunds cumulatively adding up to €50 or over for the year, we will refund you the difference.

For the purpose of this agreement;

  • “reductions in your spending” includes our opinion/s as to where you could cut back in your budget and areas where our professional contacts have reduced your bills based on your annual charge from the previous year.
  • “tax refunds” are the amount of overpaid tax refunded to yourself from revenue and the amount of tax recovered as a result of medical expense claims and flat rate expenses claims.

Disclaimer

We only use the information provided to ourselves by you, the client. Any information provided, either in response to our emails or on our data capture forms, that is fraudulent or inaccurate will be your responsibility.

Flare Accounting Solutions shall not be liable for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of financial information provided by ourselves or our contacts.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our Budgeting Service. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

  • limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
  • limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
  • exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer:

(a) are subject to the preceding paragraphs;

and

(b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty.
