These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Flare Accounting Solutions’ Curriculum Vitae Writing Service.

By providing the required information, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Flare Accounting Solutions’ Curriculum Vitae Writing Service if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person using the Curriculum Vitae Writing Service and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to the prevailing laws of Ireland. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

License

Unless otherwise stated, Flare Accounting Solutions and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material used by Flare Accounting Solutions. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may be provided this intellectual property from Flare Accounting Solutions for your own personal use subject to restrictions set out in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

  • Republish material from Flare Accounting Solutions
  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from Flare Accounting Solutions
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Flare Accounting Solutions
  • Redistribute content from Flare Accounting Solutions

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to remove and or cancel our Curriculum Vitae Writing Service at our discretion any purchases made before the date of removal in relation to our Curriculum Vitae Writing Service will be honoured.

We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. By making a new purchase, you agree to be bound to and follow the terms and conditions in place at the time and date of your purchase.

Our Service

Basis Curriculum Vitae

We will create a generic Curriculum Vitae with the information you have provided to us, either through email or on our data capture forms. This includes a breakdown of your personal details, education, qualifications, employment history and hobbies/interests.

Premium Curriculum Vitae

We will create a tailored Curriculum Vitae with all the information you have provided to us, either through email or on our data capture forms. This includes a breakdown of your personal details, education, qualifications, employment history/responsibilities, involvement in charitable causes or organisations and your hobbies/interests.

Provided you have given us the specific industry or role you are applying for we will tailor your Curriculum Vitae to make it as suitable as possible.

Our Fees

We charge a flat rate of €50.00 plus VAT to create a Basic Curriculum Vitae.

We charge a flat rate of €75.00 plus VAT to create a Premium Curriculum Vitae.

You may request we update your Curriculum Vitae during the next 365 days but a minimal administrative charge of €10.00 plus VAT will be expected to cover our overheads for each request.

We will waive this administrative fee if an adjustment is required as a result of an error, we made from the information you provided either through email or on our data capture forms.

Payment Terms

Please note we require payment in full before we commence your writing your Curriculum Vitae.

If you requested an update to your Curriculum Vitae following your initial purchase our administrative charge must be made ahead of any adjustments being made.

We do not accept cheques at this time.

Providing Flare Accounting Solutions with your information does not automatically create a legal obligation to make payment. However, it does mean you have agreed to our terms and conditions and to our privacy policy.

Disclaimer

By using Flare Accounting Solutions’ Curriculum Vitae Writing Service, we cannot guarantee nor promise your application will be successful nor can we provide proof that recruiters take more time looking at applications with our Curriculum Vitae templates.

Flare Accounting Solutions shall not be liable for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of the Curriculum Vitae provided by ourselves in relation to your personal use.

We only use the information provided to ourselves by you, the client. Any information provided, either through email or on our data capture forms, that is fraudulent or inaccurate will be your responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our Curriculum Vitae Writing Service. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

  • limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
  • limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
  • exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer:

(a) are subject to the preceding paragraphs;

and

(b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty.
